Adding Employees/contractors by sending an email to your vSure account – vSure

See this article for adding Employees/Contractors via an API.

Where using an API integration is not possible or undesirable or expensive to develop, vSure offers an email trigger which can act the same as an API POST.

Minimum data required to trigger the onboard is a unique, valid email address for the employee/contractor.

The example is:

You have an onboarding workflow tool;
You add an automatic trigger into the workflow tool to send a specifically formatted email to [youraccountID]@vsure.com.au with details of the Employee/Contractor;
In the email body (whose format is similar to an API POST), you can optionally trigger a Self-Onboarding Email to the Employee/Contractor to complete their Work Rights check.
