Subscribing to reports by Account

Each White-Label level user gets to choose which Accounts they get the automated email reports for.

By default if you set-up an account, you are subscribed to it.

If someone else sets up the account, by default, you won't be subscribed to the reports.

To pick and choose which accounts you subscribe to, the USER needs to log into vSure and make their own "Subcribe" choices:

1. Accounts 

Select the top level Accounts Tab.

2. Actives

Select the Actives tab within the top level Accounts area.

3. Subscribe and Unsubscribe from each account

The user controls which Accounts they get sent the reports for.

Obviously:

• Subscribed accounts appear on the Subscribed tab;
• Not Subscribed accounts appear on the Not Subscribed tab;
• Actives are all active client whether subscribed or not;
• Inactives  are Accounts that have been deactivated;
