Heads up on a some recent changes in vSure that went live today or over the past couple of weeks: |
Add additional details to an individual Email or SMS (self-onboarding) Right To Work requestWe have continued to build out the functionality around "self onboarding" - that is, the ability to push out a Right To Work request via Email or SMS, so that the candidate/employee/contractor can quickly and easily snap a photo of their Passport or Identity/Proof of Citizenship documents.
In a change pushed live today, IF you are sending a single request, the bulk send workflow will prompt you for additional information such as name, employee ID etc. |
Check out this helpdesk article for full details on the change to the SMS Right To Work check and this one for the updated Email send option.
Edit The Grid ViewsYou now have the ability in vSure to display the columns you want in the order you want. At the top of the Grid Views (such as Current tab within Employee/Contractor) you will see a new Cog icon ⚙️. This will allow you to add/delete/reorder the columns. Note, when you then export to Excel, what you see is what you get - that is, what is on the grid in the order as you see it, will output as it appears.
