Specify sub-account access by User

There are two User Types at each level within vSure.

For white-label / multi-account level users (as opposed to sub-account users), each user is either:

• An Admin - full access right to the white-label AND sub-accounts; OR
• A User - access to sub-accounts, no access to White-Label/Multi-Account set-ups;

Importantly, Admins always have full access to ALL sub-accounts. Users can have access to specified sub-accounts.

Specifying sub-accounts for Users

At the top (white-label) level, select the Users tab. Active users will be listed on the Actives tab, new (yet to verify their access) and deactivated users appear on the Inactives tab.

Users, who are defined as Users (as opposed to Admins) are granted access to sub accounts. Simply click on the User's name to open up the Sub-accounts access screen.

On the right, simply click the sub-account to provide access (blue) or remove access (grey).

Then select Save.
